Students throng to get inspired by ISRO Space Exhibition

Lucknow, December 9: On the third and last day of the ISRO Space Exhibition put up by Vikram Sarabhai Space Science Exhibition' ongoing at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, a huge crowd of students, teachers, parents and other people from Lucknow and other states rushed in for sighting the historic success of Chandrayaan III and the achievement of India space science Students gained knowledge on Chandrayaan, March Orbiter Mission, Remote Sensing and communication satellite and several kinds of satellite model and the achievement of country in the space research. A general view of students' groups discussing scientific achievements and being busy understanding rocket science at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, the venue for a one-of-a-kind space exhibition was very common. It earned profuse applause from teachers and parents. It is worth mentioning here that the amazing exhibition is put up by City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus and Space Application Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad, from 7 to 9 December.

            On the third and concluding day of the exhibition, students from different states of India observed the space science and technological advancement of India. Students from various schools of Lucknow also visited to see the exhibition including Excellia School, New Era Girls Inter College, Bappa Shree Narayan Vocational Inter College, Dps Academy, Itaunja, Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School, City International School, Balaganj, Guru Nanak Vidyalaya Girls Inter College, Alambagh, Lucknow International Public School, Sitapur Road, Rajkiya Balika Inter College, Sringar Nagar, Awadh Public School, Karamat Husain Muslim Girls Inter College, Navjeevan Inter College, Mohanlalganj, Government High School Kurauni, Gautam Budh Degree College, Bijnor and various campus of City Montessori School. Besides, thousands of students from different schools in Thailand and Indian states viz Assam, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal etc. observed the exhibition to gain knowledge.

            Rayan, a class IX student of Seth M R Jaipuria School, said that we got exposed to real-world experience at this exhibition. Tushita Srivastava of La Martiniere Girls College said that we gained real knowledge on rocket and space science. Jai Bhandari, a class IX student of Gurukul Academy, said that we had an opportunity to meet great ISRO scientists and understand cosmology. Himanshu Singh of the same school said that we saw a demo of the rocket launching technique. Similarly, all the students were very excited about this exhibition. The main attraction of this exhibition was the explanation of the entire rocket science process simply and understandably by the students of CMS Kanpur Road Campus who were full of confidence and dedication while quenching the scientific thirst of students.
