Annual Function of CMS Gomti Nagar concludes

Lucknow, December 6: The 'Annual Function' of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I turned out to be a great success and parents were thrilled to watch the blooming and blossoming talents of their children on stage as they sang and danced. The colourful cultural items were greeted with loud clapping and applause by the eager parents and guardians. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi lit the lamp of learning to formally inaugurate the function at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. Addressing the august gathering on the occasion, Dr Gandhi said that we must start giving education to children from our homes as a loving and divine atmosphere at home help children attain alround development very rapidly and side by side family unity can also be helpful in achieving world peace. He urged the parents and teachers to provide moral and spiritual atmosphere at home and school and pave way for an ideal world society.

            The programme began with 'All Religion Prayer' that filled the hearts of audience with divine love and glory. Children were holding National Flags of various countries in their hands and proclaimed 'May Peace Prevail on Earth' very effectively. They presented various educational-cultural items viz skit, christmas carols, drill, qawwali, folk dance and many more displaying the unique view of unity in diversity, cooperation and team work and left the audience awe-struck. The wonderful presentation of World Parliament on the theme spiritual education was also appreciated by one and all. Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant while expressing her heartfelt gratitude towards parents and guardians said that the cooperation of parents alone can help schools to make every child both good and smart.
