Lucknow girl secures distinction in ABRSM Violin grade 5 exam

  Lucknow, 31 January : In a first for the city of Lucknow, Ritika Tiwari, a student of class X of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Extension Campus passed the ABRSM grade 5 practical exam in Violin with Distinction. Ritika achieved this feat with online teaching by the CMS Western Music Teacher, Mr Shamim Mohaved who took all her classes online for the last 10 months due to COVID. Earlier, she had also passed grade 5 music theory exam with Distinction.               To secure Distinction in grade 5 violin is a serious achievement as violin is a difficult instrument and Grade 5 of ABRSM requires a high level of playing and much skill. CMS girl marches in Republic Day Parade at Delhi's Rajpath

  Lucknow, January 27 : Khushi Srivastava, a student of City Montessori School, Chowk Campus brought laurels to the city of Lucknow as she marched in the prestigious NCC Parade on Republic Day at Delhi's Rajpath.
