Lucknow, 22 November : The 3rd day of the five-day International Geography Olympiad 'Geofest International-2023' organized by City Montessori School, Jopling Road Campus at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium had been very infotaining. Over 500 students from India and abroad not only participated in different competitions and showcased their inherent talents, they spread the message to conserve and preserve environment. Participants from India and abroad showcased their talents in Geo Ads (Expression)  and Gel-o-Mime (Choreography) contests indicating that we must not only be concerned for our own country but our thoughts should be inclusive of global concerns.

The competitions on the 3rd day today began with Geo Ads (Expression) competition, in which different student teams of 8 students each created advertisements on the theme ‘Go Green, Go Clean’ and enacted the theme on stage. Through this competition, the participating students, through their advertisements, made people aware of the worrying situation of pollution in a very interesting way and raised the awareness of a green and happy earth. Similarly, the Gel-o-Mime (Choreography) competition organized in the afternoon session was also very attractive. In this competition, participating students from India and abroad proved their skills while acting and reciting poems on environment.
