CMS student wins Silver Medal in Inter-state Abacus Competition


 Lucknow, 3 August : Aadarsh Verma, a talented Class V student of City Montessori School, Chowk Campus brought laurels to the institution by winning the Silver Medal in the Inter-State Regional Online Abacus Competition organized under the aegis of educational institute Brainobrain. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that students from various noted schools of the country participated in this competition to showcase their analytical skills. Amidst tough competition, this bright student of CMS Chowk Campus opted for various abacus tricks to solve mathematical problems and won Silver Medal. His achievement has paved the way to a bright future, making him capable of elevating the school's flag high nationally and internationally. The organizers were all praise for him and awarded him a certificate.

            Mr Sharma said that CMS students are earning name and fame for themselves and their country not only at national but also international level in different fields of knowledge. CMS encourages its pupils to make their mark in various activities besides excelling in regular prescribed subjects. It is for this reason that the students are winning medals and trophies in creative fields, fine arts, music, social service, debates etc leading to their all-round personality development.
