CMS student offered US$ 1,72,000 scholarship by US university for higher education
Lucknow, August 25 : Krishnanshu Pandey, a
student of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus has been offered
admission with a scholarship of US$ 1,72,000 to pursue higher education by Knox
College, USA. This scholarship has been offered to him for the entire study
period of four years. Apart from Knox College, Krishnanshu has secured
admission with scholarships in 3 more noted universities of USA namely Arizona
State University, University of Cincinnati and University of Delaware, bringing
laurels to the city.

Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed great happiness
over this outstanding achievement of Krishnanshu and wished him a bright
future. Dr Gandhi further said
that each year scores of CMS students are offered admissions in the top
universities of the world. This year, till now, over 80 CMS students have been
offered admissions in the top universities of USA, UK, Canada, Australia,
Japan, Singapore, Germany, etc., most of them on scholarships. He further added
that CMS makes consistent efforts to expand students' horizons and provide them
opportunities, facilitating their studies in top institutions of higher education
both in India and abroad. CMS is the only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam
test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables students of U.P. and other
surrounding states to apply for higher studies in best universities abroad on
generous scholarships. Prior to this, students of U.P. who wished to study
abroad had to travel to Delhi to find a SAT exam center.
