Government of India to award Rs 1 crore 76 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 44 CMS students
Lucknow, 24 September : As many as 44
meritorious students of City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus have been
awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 1 Crore 76 lakhs by the Ministry of
Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be
getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS
students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the
Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma further
informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs
80,000/- per year), amounting to 1,76,00,000 rupees scholarship for all the 44
students. These
outstanding students of CMS Mahanagar have performed excellently in this year's
All India ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2023 and secured a place among the
"Top 1%" on the ISC merit list which made them eligible to receive
this prestigious scholarship. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi while
congratulating these students wished them a very bright future ahead.
Mr
Sharma informed that the talented students of CMS Mahanagar Campus who have
