CMS students spread the message of EnvironmentConservation through Street Play enactment

Lucknow, 1 August : To mark 'World Nature Conservation Day' and spread awareness about environment conservation, the students of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II, enacted street play, calling for people’s participation in this noble campaign. A team of 12 students enacted the street play at three places in the Rajajipuram area. They demonstrated that nature is our mother and we have to protect it at all cost, through street play. Earth's resources are limited, so their improper exploitation can cause the destruction of humanity. Students won the hearts of the audience present with their impressive performance in the street play by giving the message of environment conservation with great confidence and enthusiasm. The students who participated in Street Play comprise Romil Chaudhary, Raj Vardhan Singh, Era Chauhan, Jahnvi Prakash, Era Chauhan-2, Pragya Singh, Aishwarya Trivedi, Siddhima Singh, Adyansh Tripathi, Shivi Mishra, Agraya Srivastava and Avantika Rai. On this occasion, the students created a strong enthusiasm for environmental protection by distributing useful plants to the public.

Principal of CMS Rajajipuram Campus II, Ms Anupama Checker said that it is of utmost importance to keep our cities clean and pollution free. Students should feel privileged to belong to City Montessori School that has continuously strived to work in this direction and has been acknowledged for its efforts towards sustainable use of resources. As responsible citizens of the world, it is extremely important to try and come up with new ways to use natural resources judiciously and spread awareness on the same.
