Govt of India awards Rs 32 lakh scholarship to 8 students of CMS Chowk Campus

Lucknow, 12 August : As many as eight meritorious students of City Montessori School, Chowk Campus have been awarded scholarship of Rs 32 lakh by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs 4 lakh for higher studies in Science. The outstanding CMS students selected for this scholarship include Fariha Asif, Alveera Sibtain, Dishita Jaiswal, Shairen David, Vasudevansh Srivastava, Abu Saif, Sahil Srivastava and Vedant Gupta. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi wished very bright future to all these meritorious students expressed his gratitude towards the Principal and the teachers of CMS Chowk Campus. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that these students give credit for their tremendous success to their parents, teachers and the peaceful and divine atmosphere of CMS.

            Mr Sharma informed that each student will be getting Rs 80,000/- per year for five years, thus a total of Rs 4 lakh each, amounting to Rs 32 lakh scholarship for all the 8 students. Mr Sharma further stated that these outstanding students of CMS Chowk Campus have performed excellently in the ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2023 and secured a place among the Top 1% Merit list which made them eligible for this prestigious scholarship.
