CMS Anand Nagar organizes splendid 'Grandparents and Parents Evening'


 Lucknow, 26 August : City Montessori School, Anand Nagar Campus organized 'Grandparents and Parents Evening' today at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium with great joy and fanfare. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi lit the lamp of learning to formally and ceremoniously inaugurate the function. Addressing the huge gathering of parents on this occasion, Dr Gandhi said that home and family should start giving an appropriate world to the children since their early childhood. These children will afterward become the pride of humanity, CMS is committed to impart humanistic education to its students for their holistic development and today's programme is a chain in this series, said Dr Gandhi. CMS Founder-Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi and CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon also expressed their views on this occasion.

            Amidst scintillating educational-cultural items, Tarush Singh, the ICSE topper of CMS Anand Nagar Campus, was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 1 lac for scoring 99% marks in ICSE Board Exam 2023. His mother was weighed in fruits and flowers and his father and teacher guardian were presented Shawls of Honour.

            The function became even more eventful with presentations of colourful educational-cultural items presented by the students of the campus leaving everyone present there mesmerized. All the items were motivational and spread the sentiments of world unity and world peace. The event began with School Prayer followed by All Religion Prayer, World Unity Prayer, Nursery Rhymes, Qawwali, Vande Bharat, Ramp Walk, etc. Tiny tots of Montessori, Nursery and KG clad in colourful dresses presented wonderful educational-cultural items keeping their parents sway to their tunes. The outstanding presentation of World Parliament based on character building and spiritual education was worth watching.
