United Front thanks the government for fulfilling the demand to set up a committee for establishing security in schools

Lucknow August 22: United Front has expressed its gratitude towards the Hon. Chief Minister Shri Yogi Aditya Nath Ji for setting a committee to issue directions regarding Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for establishing security in schools in various districts. This information was given by the President of Association of Private Schools, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Atul Kumar on behalf of the United Front. Dr. Atul Kumar said this regarding an office order issued by Director General of School Education Shri Vijay Kiran Anand on 21 August 2023. The United Front has also extended its gratitude towards the committee formed by the efforts  of Shri Vijay Kiran Anand for fulfilling the demand by the Association of Private Schools of Uttar Pradesh.

 

Dr. Atul Kumar stated that in this committee formed with the Director of Education (Secondary) as the President, Shri Rajendra Prasad, Senior Specialist; Member Secretary, School Education, State Planning Office, Lucknow and Shri D.P. Singh, Legal Advisor, Samagra Shiksha Shri Pradeep Kumar Singh, Zonal Joint Education Director (Secondary), Lucknow Zone, Shri Ganesh Kumar, Joint Director Education, Basic, Basic Education Directorate, Lucknow Shri Anil Kumar Agarwal, President, Unaided Private School, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Deepap Madhok, Convener, United Front, Dr. Vishal Jain, Chairman, Shanti Niketan Vidyapeeth, Meerut, Shri Shyam Pachauri, Co-convener, United Front and Dr. Atul Srivastava, Co-convener, United Front are nominated as members.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
