Only 8-day summer break in City Montessori School Regular Online Classes Will Continue in rest days

Lucknow, 24 May: The summer vacations for students of classes Montessori to 12 of City Montessori School (CMS) will only be for 8 days this year, beginning from
13th June and ending on 20th June. Online classes for all CMS students shall go on till 12th June after which the students will be given 8-day summer vacations. Regular online classes shall resume for all classes from Montessori, Nursery to Class 12 from 21st June, 2021.

In this regard, Dr Jagdish Gandhi, Founder Manager, CMS said that there has been a major loss in studies in all classes due to the pandemic. In view of this situation, it was decided to keep the summer vacations as short as possible, so that they could complete the syllabus on time and prevent any further loss of education.

Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Dinesh Sharma had also announced that there will be no summer vacation this year in government schools because of loss of education due to the pandemic. Therefore, the step taken by CMS is also in consonance with the government's decision.  The online classes in CMS are running for all classes since the schools have closed down.
