Class III student of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus has secured 100
percentile in English competition in the International Benchmark Test (IBT)
getting the top rank globally and bringing laurels to the institution. Chief
Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that IBT is
organized by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) once a year
in many countries. In India, thousands of students of several noted schools sat
in the IBT test wherein this talented student of CMS Kanpur Road Campus secured
100 percent marks in English amidst tough competition.
Mr Sharma informed that the International
Benchmark Test (IBT) is an internationally administered programme of
assessments to compare student performance globally. The IBT tests are
skill-based and they do not follow any single national curriculum allowing
students from all countries to be compared fairly. CMS is constantly engaged in
enhancing students' self-confidence and developing their overall personality by
encouraging them to participate in various competitions. It is due to these
efforts that CMS students keep bringing laurels to the school at national as
well as international levels.
