CMS teachers excel in CENTA Teaching Professionals Olympiad


 Lucknow, 21 October : Three teachers of City Montessori School, Chowk campus,Ms Atmika Jaiswal, Ms Insia Fatima and Ms Fahmina Iram Siddiqui have received the prestigious Reliance Foundation Teacher award for their outstanding performance in the Primary School English track in CENTA Teaching Professionals’ Olympiad 2020. Understanding the capabilities of students in the present era, these teachers have adopted creativity and innovation in their teaching method and have played a remarkable role in setting high standards of 'Teaching-Learning' by using latest technologies. CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated these teachers for their outstanding achievement.

            Reliance Foundation Teacher Awards institutionalized in 2018, are presented annually to recognize and celebrate pioneering teachers. Awarded in partnership with CENTA, these aim to empower India’s teachers to attain excellence and to make teaching an aspirational profession. Founded in 2014, Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA) works to empower teachers and catalyze their professional development through the annual Teaching Professionals’ Olympiad (TPO), a unique national competition in the format of an objective, multiple-choice test based on the CENTA Standards and which is highly practice-oriented. It brings a host of relevant and coveted rewards, recognition and opportunities for teachers.
