City girl secures admission in University of Melbourne with 100% Scholarship


 Lucknow, October 11 : Anoushka Gupta, a student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I has secured admission in the University of Melbourne, Australia with 100% scholarship to pursue higher education for the entire study period of three years. She will undertake the Bachelor of Arts course from the University. The Melbourne International Undergraduate Scholarship is awarded to high achieving international students in recognition of their excellent academic results. The University of Melbourne is ranked 37th in the world out of 1300 universities ranked globally by the QS World University Rankings 2022.

        Exuding pride, Mrs Jyoti Kashyap, Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I informed, ‘Anoushka was a brilliant student throughout her schooling career and completed her class 12 (ISC) from City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I with 99.5% marks.'

        CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed great happiness over Anoushka’s outstanding achievement and wished her a bright future. Dr Gandhi further said that each year scores of CMS students are offered admissions in the top universities of the world. This year, till now, over 80 CMS students have been offered admissions in the top universities of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany, etc., most of them on scholarships. He further added that CMS makes consistent efforts to expand students' horizons and provide them opportunities, facilitating their studies in top institutions of higher education both in India and abroad. CMS is the only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables students of U.P. and other surrounding states to apply for higher studies in best universities abroad on generous scholarships. Prior to this, students of U.P. who wished to study abroad had to travel to Delhi to find a SAT exam center.
