Divine Education instills values and traditions in children — Dr Bharti Gandhi, Founder-Director, CMS
Lucknow, March 18 : At the Divine Education Function organized
by City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, the Founder-Director of City
Montessori School, Dr Bharti Gandhi addressed the parents and guardians of the
school saying that good human values and traditions are instilled in children
and all round development takes place at the Divine Education Conference. In
this context, the atmosphere of the home and school must be peaceful and Divine
so that good virtues naturally enter their minds by the parents, teachers and
teacher-guardian, she said.’ Dr
Gandhi said that meaningful education has a positive and lifelong influence on
children as it widens their thinking horizon. Earlier, Dr Bharti Gandhi lit the
lamp of learning and inaugurated the programme. She honoured the students who
had secured merit in their final examinations as well as the winners of gold
and silver medals in co-curricular activities.Principal of CMS Aliganj
Campus II, Ms Samvida Adhikari expressed her gratitude towards the
distinguished gathering of parents and guardians and said that their presence
greatly motivates the children and leads thm to make great achievements in
future.
Today, the
Divine Education Conference of CMS Rajajipuram Campus III was organized at CMS
Kanpur Road Auditorium. The conference was inaugurated by the CMS Manager,
Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon by lighting the Lamp of learning. In her address Prof. Kingdon said that
every child wants to do something new in life. If these children are imparted
quality education and good human values at the right age, they will definitely
rise above the rest and show their outstanding abilities in future, bringing
name and fame to the institution.
The students presented an eyeful
of achievements in various fields and highlighted the CMS philosophy and
pattern of education based upon universal values, global thinking, excellence
in all things and service to the world. On this momentous occasion the little
ones of pre-primary and primary classes were honoured with certificates, medals
and trophies for their outstanding performance in academics, music, art and
culture.The winners of various competitions in sports and games were also
felicitated and honoured with prizes. At the end of the function, the
Principal of CMS Rajajipuram Campus III, Ms Komal Valecha thanked the
parents and guardians for attending the function and contributing to the
progress of the child in cooperation with the parents and teachers. Their
presence at the function had truly added to its significance and boosted the
morale of the students, she said.
