CMS Mahanagar and Gomti Nagar Campuses organizeDivine Education Conferences amidst great fanfare


 

Lucknow: March 20 : City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus organized its Divine Education Conference at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium while CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I organized its 'Divine Education Conference' in a grand way at the huge school premises today. Both the functions took off with educational-cultural presentations. CMS students gave well-thought-out speeches on universal values, global understanding, service to the world, and excellence in all things, leaving the audience awestruck as they showcased the unique Broader and Bolder teaching methodology of CMS. The students who had excelled in various national and international competitions, cultural, and sports competitions throughout the year and those who performed excellently in the annual examinations were felicitated and awarded prizes and certificates on these occasions.

            The Divine Education Conference of CMS Mahanagar Campus was inaugurated by the CMS Founder-Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Dr Bharti Gandhi said that the environment of home, school, and society has a deep impact on the minds and intellect of students. She said that the spiritual environment at home and school and the harmonious surroundings of society play an important role in making children ideal citizens of society. Principal of CMS Mahanagar Campus, Dr Kalpana Tripathi said that CMS constantly tries to instill a global perspective in its students so that they can play a constructive role in the development of the world society in the future.

            CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I organized its 'Divine Education Conference' at its huge and well-decorated campus premises in the evening. Students displayed their talents through various educational-cultural items. One such item was about Earth being our mother and all its citizens being members of one big family. On this occasion, the students displayed excellent textual knowledge and the social and spiritual education being provided by the school. Earlier, CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the gathering, she said that education must act as an instrument of profound social transformation. Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant said that school is a lighthouse of society and we understand that building students' characters is as important as providing textual knowledge. She expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the parents for entrusting their wards to CMS for their overall development.
