CMS family grieving on demise of former Mauritius President Padam Vibhushan Anerood Jugnauth

Lucknow, June 5 : City Montessori School is saddened by the demise of the India-born former President and Prime Minister of Mauritius, Padma Vibhushan Anerood Jugnauth. Mr Anerood Jugnauth had visited CMS thrice as the Chief Guest of the International Conferences organized by the school. He graced the International Students' Quality Control Circles (ICSQCC) organized by CMS Kanpur Road Campus twice while on one occasion, he was the Chief Guest of the International Conference of Chief Justices of the World organized by CMS. Condoling his death, CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr Bharti Gandhi; CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon and Principal of CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Dr Vineeta Kamran described it as a personal and irreparable loss to the institution.         Mr Sharma said that while on a visit to Mauritius to participate in the International Convention on Students' Quality Control Circles, Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Principal of CMS Kanpur Road Campus had the privilege of being invited by Mr Anerood Jugnauth for tea at his residence where his wife Lady Sarojini Jugnauth was also present. Mr Anerood Jugnauth's son Pravind Jugnauth is the present Prime Minister of Mauritius.
