CMS student wins Silver Topper title at Online Abacus Competition

Lucknow, September 1 : Shah Mohammad Umar Farooqi, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajajipuram Campus I has been awarded the title of 'Silver Topper' in Brainobrain Zonal Abacus Competition-2020, organized online under the aegis of educational institute Brainobrain bringing glory for the institution. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that students of several noted schools of Lucknow participated in this competition wherein this bright student of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I opted various abacus tricks to solve mathematical problems amidst tough competitors. Organizers of the competition were all praises for him and awarded medal and certificate.

            Mr Sharma further informed that CMS students are excellent not only in academics but also in various other fields, since CMS strives to hone their social as well as creative skills. This is one reason CMS students are scaling new heights of success in all walks of life.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students. These outstanding students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I have performed excellently in this year's All India ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2024 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" on the ISC merit list which made them eligible to receive this prestigious scholarship.
