Sheetanshu bags two gold medals in National Diving and Swimming Meet

Lucknow, 4 October : Sheetanshu Gautam, a skilled swimmer of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I has brought glory to the city of Lucknow by winning two gold medals at the All India Diving and Swimming Meet held in Bengaluru. Sheetanshu emerged the gold winner both in 1m springboard diving and 3m springboard diving. The championship was organized under the aegis of Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi wished him a very bright future ahead. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that the students of several prestigious schools across the country participated in this All India Swimming Meet and amidst tough competition, Sheetanshu was able to grab two gold medals with his powerful swimming and diving skills and a desire to do his best and improve upon his own performances at national and international level. Multi-talented Sheetanshu had won several gold and silver medals in various prestigious competitions earlier too.

            Mr Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international level in sports, music, dance, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which contributes to their all-round development.
