CMS wins maximum seven prizes at Republic Day Parade


 Lucknow, January 28 : City Montessori School has been awarded the maximum number of seven prizes for items, including the tableau, presented by the teams of its various CMS campuses. While the students team of CMS Aliganj Campus I has been awarded the first prize for its March Past, CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I has been awarded the first prize for its drill 'Tiranga Jhukne Na Denge'. CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II has won the second prize for its Flag March, CMS Indira Nagar Campus has won the second prize for its cultural item 'Swachcha Jal Swasth Kal', CMS Station Road Campus won the second prize for its drill 'Corona Fighters' and CMS Kanpur Road Campus won the third prize for its BagPipe Band. Besides, the CMS tableau titled 'Chalo Duniya Ko Swarg Banayein Hum, Prem Se Aur Pyar Se' has been awarded the third prize at the parade.

            Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that CMS tableau won great appreciation and applause from the audience at the Republic Day Parade this year. This tableau calls for creating heaven on earth by imparting education of love, peace, unity, cooperation and harmony to the future generations. Mr Sharma informed that after the performance at Republic Day Parade, CMS tableau has been kept for display at CMS Kanpur Road premises for public viewing. He said that CMS aims at making every student a world citizen by instilling in him moral and spiritual values, and this tableau is also a step in this direction. Most young children are not able to see tableau in the Republic Day Parade and this is an unprecedented opportunity for them to learn from it. Mr Sharma made an appeal towards all citizens and schools of Lucknow to visit the tableau site at CMS Kanpur Road Campus to take a closer look at the tableau, understand its philosophy and also explain it to children so that their all round development takes place.
