CMS organises online workshop to sensitise students for better dental care


Lucknow, June 22 : City Montessori School, Jopling Road Campus organised online workshop for it's students to motivate them for dental care in a better way. At the workshop the students were informed about the methods of cleaning their teeth and also the importance of their physical hygiene. The workshop was conducted by the noted dentist DrArpitaAnand, who in detail informed them about brushing teeth properly, decay in teeth due to eating sweet things excessively, effect of plaque on teeth, bleeding in gums, root canal, mouth guards, changing toothbrush after every 4 months and seeking dentist's advice in every 6 months etc. Apart from it, the students were also warned to shun oral bad habits, if they have any, like jaw clenching, teeth grinding (bruxism), nail biting, chewing cheeks etc because these habits deform teeth.
            The Principal of CMS Jopling Road Campus, MrsShipraUpadhyaythanked DrArpitaAnand for conducting a very useful workshop and said that CMS takes a very good care for the mental and physical well being of its students. This workshop had been very helpful not only for the students but also for all of us, she said. MrHari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS informed that various useful workshops are regularly held in CMS campuses to enhance students' knowledge and develop them as responsible citizens.
