Participating students' teams accorded warm welcome upon arrival in Lucknow

Lucknow, September 5: The four-day international Science and Computer olympiad, ‘Macfair International-2024’, organized by City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus, will be inaugurated in a grand manner tomorrow on Friday, September 6, at 5:00 pm at the CMS Kanpur Road Auditorium. The Chief Guest for the event will be Shri Jayendra Pratap Singh Rathore, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for the Cooperative Department, Uttar Pradesh. On this occasion, CMS students will present various inspiring educational and cultural programs in honour of the participating student teams and their teachers from across the country and abroad, delivering the message of world unity and peace. This information was shared by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head of the CMS Communication Department. Mr. Khanna informed that approximately 500 young scientists from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and various states of India have arrived in Lucknow to participate in Macfair International-2024. They will showcase their knowledge and scientific skills in various exciting and informative competitions, while also spreading the message of world unity, peace, and brotherhood across the globe.

          Mr. Khanna informed that the young participants from India and abroad continued to arrive today for 'Macfair International-2024'. CMS students and teachers gave a warm welcome with floral garlands to the teams upon reaching Lucknow. Participating teams will continue to arrive here till late night today and tomorrow morning. Mr. Khanna informed that "Macfair International-2024" is being organized from 6th to 9th September at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. This international Olympiad will feature a variety of interesting and educational competitions for young scientists from both junior and senior categories, including Science Drama, and Project on Wildlife Conservation
