CMS Student wins Gold in Taekwondo

Lucknow, August 27 : Pragya Singh, a Class VIII student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I, brought glory to the school by winning a gold medal in the inter-school Taekwondo Championship. The championship was organized under the aegis of the Indian Association of Taekwondo at the Mini Stadium, Rajajipuram. This information was shared by Mr. Rishi Khanna, Head of the CMS Communication Department. Mr. Khanna informed that many students from reputed schools of Lucknow participated in this Taekwondo Championship. Despite the tough competition, this talented CMS student showcased her sportsmanship, agility, skill, and strength to win the gold medal, demonstrating her sporting excellence. She has demonstrated her potential to elevate the nation's name on the international stage in the coming years with her exceptional sporting skills. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon has extended her best wishes for the bright future of this promising young athlete.Mr Khanna informed that excellence at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, dance, and various other fields.
