CMS students give wonderful display of multisided talents on their Open Day


 

Lucknow, 8 April : City Montessori School, Chowk Campus organized 'Open Day Celebrations' with great joy and enthusiasm on the campus premises. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon inaugurated the celebrations. Addressing the gathering of parents on this occasion, Prof. Kingdon said that if we instil virtues like compassion, kindness, love and unity in children at an early age, we will reap a rich harvest of World citizens who are spiritually strong in life. The roots have to be strengthened in childhood for a perfect life in future. She congratulated the Principal, Mrs Aditi Sharma for the excellent programme.

            On this occasion, students of CMS Chowk Campus showcased their multi-sided talents. They presented the CMS mission 'Every child is potentially the light of the world' through their exciting presentations. While on one side, the children participated in various educational and sports contests, on the other hand, parents got an opportunity to take a closer look at the educational methodology of CMS. Parents were thrilled to watch the Montessori Method of teaching in which children learn through role play, story telling and learning by doing. Human values are imparted with the help of music, dance and story enactment. Classroom activities left the viewers amazed and joyful. It revealed the high level of knowledge and eloquence of the children. Parents were amazed to witness the fluency in English attained by their wards.On this occasion, Principal of CMS Chowk Campus, Mrs. Aditi Sharma thanked the parents and said that the school is committed to bringing about the holistic development of children by ensuring their physical, mental and spiritual development.
