CMS student Aditya tops UPSC with AIR 1

Lucknow, April 16 : Lucknow lad Aditya Srivastava, an alumnus of City Montessori School, has topped the UPSC exam with All India Rank 1, projecting Uttar Pradesh onto the national map as a centre of academic excellence. CMS Founder-Director Dr Bharti Gandhi and CMS Manager Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon congratulated Aditya, his parents, his CMS Principal and teachers on his gargantuan achievement. Aditya's Principal Mrs Jyoti Kashyap said that during his school career he combined academic prowess with diligence and perseverance. Aditya gave credit for his success to his parents and teachers and the educational environment at CMS. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma.

            Aditya did his entire schooling at CMS, passing Class XII from Aliganj Campus with 97 percent marks. Thereafter he did his B.Tech at IIT Kanpur. His father Ajay Srivastava is an AO in the Central Audit Department, mother Abha Srivastava is a home-maker and younger sister is preparing for the civil services exam. Mr Sharma said that last year Aditya was selected in the civil services on AIR 236 and made it to Indian Police Services (IPS) but he did not stop there and sat for the civil services exam again and secured All India Rank 1 this time, realizing his dream of serving society in a distinguished capacity. CMS is truly proud of this brilliant student who has made Uttar Pradesh proud.
