Holistic development of students only way for profound social transformation — Dr Jagdish Gandhi

Lucknow, 11 March :  Education is the most important medium for propagating human values. When students are imparted holistic and meaningful education with human values, only then can mankind progress ahead. Without knowledge of culture and human values, education remains incomplete and can neither realize its goal nor lead to all-round development of students. These thoughts were expressed by the CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi, while addressing the parents and guardians at the Divine Education Conference of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I held at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium. Motivating the students, Dr. Gandhi further said that they must aim for excellence in all their prescribed subjects and acquire material, human and divine knowledge to become a Total Quality Person.

Earlier, the 'Divine Education Conference' was formally inaugurated by lighting the lamp of learning. On this occasion, the students of CMS Aliganj Campus I presented a number of devotional-cultural items full of divine music that mesmerized the audience. The occasion became even more joyous with the jubilant faces of the prize winners of the Annual Examination along with those who had brought name and fame to the school by winning prizes in various competitive events, cultural activities and sports etc.

Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, Mrs Jyoti Kashyap said on this occasion that meaningful education makes an exhaustive and powerful impact on people. At the end, Principal Mrs Shivani Singh while expressing her heartfelt gratitude to parents and grandparents, wished a bright and happy future of their children.
