CMS student wins Gold Medal

Lucknow, March 17 : Gurvaris Singh, a student of Class IV of City Montessori School, Golf City Campus brought laurels to the institution by winning gold medal in National Abacus Competition. The competition was organized by Learner’s Capsule, an educational institution. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that students from various reputed schools of the country participated in this competition to showcase their analytical skills. Amidst tough competition, this brilliant student opted for various abacus tricks to solve mathematical problems and won gold medal. The organizers were all praises for him and rewarded with a medal and certificate. CMS Founder, “Dr Jagdish Gandhi while blessing this talented student wished him a very bright future ahead.

            Mr Sharma said that CMS students are earning name and fame for themselves and their country not only at national but also international level in different fields. CMS encourages its pupils to make their mark in various activities apart from the regular prescribed subjects, leading to their all-round personality development. It is for this reason that the students are winning medals and trophies in creative fields, fine arts, music, social service, debates etc.
