Lucknow, 28 March : City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I organized its 'Divine Education Conference' today at CMS Gomti Nagar auditorium with great zeal and enthusiasm. CMS Founder-Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi inaugurated the function ceremoniously. Addressing the august gathering, Dr Gandhi said that mothers hold the double responsibility of managing the household and building a bright future for their children and they are fully capable of this. Calling upon the mothers, Dr Gandhi said that it was up to them to create a harmonious and spiritual atmosphere at home that would accelerate the all round development of the child.

            On this occasion, the students of the school presented the School Prayer, All Religion Prayer, World Peace Prayer, World Parliament, singing and dancing, choir, qawwali etc. Meritorious students of the school were felicitated ceremoniously and awarded prizes and certificates. Toppers of annual examinations, achievers in national and international competitions and those who brought laurels in cultural activities and sports were also honoured and awarded certificates and medals. Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, Mrs Jyoti Kashyap said that CMS is committed for the holistic development of its students. Principal of the school, Mrs Shivani Singh presented the Vote of Thanks at the end of the function.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
