Three CMS students awarded a cash prize of Rupees fifty thousand each


 Lucknow, September 1 : Three students of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Extension, Abhideep Shikhar, Ayush Raghvendran and Kshitij Narayan have been awarded a cash prize of Rs 50,000/- each by the school. These students have achieved first rank internationally in International Benchmark Test (IBT) by securing 100 percentile bringing fame to the city. Abhideep Shikhar and Ayush Raghvendran scored 100 percent marks in Mathematics while Kshitij Narayan scored 100 percent marks in Science.

        Conducted by ACER (Australian Council for Education Research), an official partner of UNESCO, the International Benchmark Test (IBT) is an internationally administered programme of assessments to compare student performance globally. The IBT tests are skill-based and they do not follow any single national curriculum allowing students from all countries to be compared fairly.

        Founder Manager, CMS, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated these students on their outstanding achievement and said, “CMS is constantly engaged in enhancing students' self-confidence and developing their overall personality by encouraging them to participate in various creative competitions. It is due to these efforts that CMS students keep bringing laurels to the school at national as well as international levels.
