City student secures 4 lakh Government of India scholarship

Lucknow, September 20 : Sachin Srivastava, a student of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus has secured scholarship worth Rs 4 lakh from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Sachin has been offered this scholarship to pursue higher education in Sciences under which he will receive Rs 80,000 per year for five years, and thus a total of Rs. four lakh. Sachin secured this prestigious scholarship by figuring in the top 1% merit list in the country on the basis of his ISC (Class 12) percentage marks. Sachin credits his parents, teachers and the study environment in his school for his outstanding achievement.

            CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Sachin for his outstanding achievement and said that CMS prepares its students to achieve success in all the competitive exams in nationally and internationally so that they may go on to serve the global society with their knowledge and wisdom.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
