Scintillating educational-cultural programs by CMS students mesmerize the audience

Lucknow, September 9 : City Montessori School, Chowk Campus organised their ‘New Parents’ Evening’ online here today. On this occasion, the students mesmerized the audience with their educational-cultural performances. Dr Srishti Dhawan Rathore, Additional District Magistrate, Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow and Dr Ankit Shukla, Queensland Medical School, Brisbane, Australia joined the online event as Chief Guests.

            Speaking on the occasion, Dr Srishti Dhawan Rathore appealed to the parents to ensure a learning environment for overall development of their children and not pressurize them to perform beyond their capabilities. In his following address, Dr Ankit Shukla said that such programs go a long way in aiding the overall development of children.

            The inauguration of the event saw the students present the school prayer, all-religion and world unity prayer. The presentation of ‘World Parliament’ drew the attention of the audience towards the current issues plaguing the world. Presentation of songs, bhajans, folk dances, short plays and other educational-cultural items by students of CMS Chowk Campus was well appreciated by the audience.

            Speaking on the occasion, CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that inculcating good values and noble thoughts in the minds of students from a very young age has always been our priority. CMS Founder Director, Dr Mrs Bharti Gandhi, while appreciating the excellent performance of the students, motivated them to excel in life. CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon said that moral and emotional development of a child is the demand of this age, only then will they contribute positively in the development of the society. Principal of CMS Chowk Campus, Mrs Aditi Sharma closed the event with her vote of thanks to the eminent guests and participating parents.
