Teachers Day Celebrations in CMS today

Lucknow, September 3 : City Montessori School is organizing grand 'Teachers Day Celebrations' online on Saturday, 4 September from 9.00 am onwards. Minister of Finance in Government of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Suresh Khanna will be the Chief Guest of the function. On this occasion, over 3000 CMS teachers and staff members will join the online function to witness scintillating educational-cultural programs and to recall the teachings of the great teacher Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishna in whose memory, the day is celebrated. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma.

            Mr Sharma further informed that CMS Founders, Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi, CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon and Chief Executive Officer of CMS, Mr Roshan Gandhi will express their gratitude towards the self-sacrificing teachers of CMS who did not let the education of thousands of students suffer due to closure of schools and taught online for more than a year.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
