CMS student offered US$ 1,08,000 scholarship for higher education
Lucknow, September 7 : Syed Dawar, a
student of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus has been offered
admission with a scholarship of US$ 1,08,000 to pursue higher education by
Caldwell University, USA. This scholarship has been offered to him for the
entire study period of four years. Apart from this, Syed Dawar has secured
admission with scholarships in 3 more noted universities of USA namely Illinois
Institute of Technology, Florida Institute of Technology and Rochester
Institute of Technology, bringing laurels to the city. CMS Founder and renowned
educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed great happiness over this outstanding
achievement of CMS student and wished him a very bright future.

President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon informed that each year scores of CMS students are offered
admissions in the top universities of the world. This year, till now, over 80
CMS students have been offered admissions in the top universities of USA, UK,
Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany, etc., most of them on
scholarships. He further added that CMS makes consistent efforts to expand
students' horizons and provide them opportunities, facilitating their studies
in top institutions of higher education both in India and abroad. CMS is the
only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam test center in Uttar Pradesh, which
enables students of U.P. and other surrounding states to apply for higher
studies in best universities abroad on generous scholarships. Prior to this,
students of U.P. who wished to study abroad had to travel to Delhi to find a
SAT exam center.
