City boy wins Ramanujan Maths Scholarship Awarded cash prize of Rs 10,000/-

Lucknow, 13 September : Bhavishya Kero, a student of class 7 of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I has won the national level Ramanujam Maths Scholarship, bringing glory to the city. Bhavishya stood at third place in the country and has been awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000/- for his outstanding achievement. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Bhavishya for his enormous achievement and wished him success in life. He also congratulated his teachers for preparing Bhavishya to achieve this success.

            This prestigious event was organised online by Counting Well, an educational institution based in Bengaluru, wherein over 33,000 students of classes 6, 7 and 8 from over 200 prestigious schools of India participated. Excelling in this tough competition, Bhavishya secured third rank in the country, bringing glory to the institution.

            CMS Chief Public Relations officer, Hari Om Sharma said that realising the importance of this era of Science and Technology, CMS lays emphasis on developing a scientific and global outlook among its students because of which they excel in various national and international events. In order to enhance the talents of its students, CMS organises subject based international events wherein students from all over the world participate and showcase their geniuses. Besides providing an international platform to the students, these events also increase self-confidence levels in students.
