CMS students felicitated for winning Gold medals in Hindi Olympiad
Lucknow, July 31 : : Four talented students of City Montessori School got honoured by the former IAS Officer and Member, State Public Services Tribunal, UP, Dr Anita Bhatnagar Jain. The felicitation ceremony was organized in a hall at the State Public Service Tribunal, UP. These students are: Ojas Mishra, Siddharth Narayan and Dakshita of CMS Aliganj Campus II for winning Gold medals in Hindi Olympiad organized nationally and the very talented gem Anahita Singh of Cambridge Section of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II, who scored the highest marks in Hindi nationally in the Cambridge Board examination (IGCSE). Dr Anita Bhatnagar Jain presented them a Hindi book authored by herself and a certificate of Honour amidst the presence of several dignitaries and the parents of these students. The objective behind organizing this felicitation ceremony was to develop love and respect for Hindi in the young children and also to promote our national language.
Speaking
on this occasion, Dr Anita Bhatnagar Jain happily said that these CMS students have pinned the name
of the city on national map by dint of their knowledge in the language of the
nation and our mother tongue. CMS students keep a very strong hold not only in
academics but have high rates of morality, good behaviour and good character
and the credit for all these goes to CMS Founders Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Dr
Bharti Gandh and CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon. Dr Jain urged all
the parents to inspire their children for reading good Hindi stories because
motivational stories leave impact on the tender minds of young children and
they develop in them morality and traits of good character.
