International Conference of Chief Justices of the World gets inaugurated today
Lucknow, November 5 : The '21st International Conference of Chief Justices of the World' organized by City Montessori School is beginning from tomorrow, 6 November. The Chief Guest and Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh will inaugurate this historic conference virtually, tomorrow on 6 November, Friday at 5.00 pm whereas Mayor of Lucknow, Smt. Sanyukta Bhatia will preside over the function. This information was given by the CMS Founder and renowned educationist and Convener of International Chief Justices Conference, Dr Jagdish Gandhi at an online press conference today. Talking to the journalists, Dr Gandhi said that this historic conference of Chief Justices of the world is organized online from 6 to 9 November based on Article 51 of the Indian Constitution and dedicated towards world unity, world peace and for safety and security of over 2.5 billion children of the world and those yet unborn.
Dr Jagdish Gandhi informed the
journalists that CMS believes that unity and peace in the world can only be
established if the custodians of law and justice support our efforts. People of the world today are facing
numerous global problems and adversaries which can be solved only through
Enforceable International Law and World Parliament and World Judiciary. Dr
Gandhi informed that at this international conference, Presidents, Prime
Ministers, Speakers of Parliament, Law Ministers, Judges of International Court
of Justice, Heads of world famed peace organizations along with Chief Justices,
Judges and legal luminaries of 63 countries are participating online. Global
issues following covid pandemic will be especially discussed at the conference.
The participating countries at this
international conference include Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Australia,
Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Cameroon, Central
African Republic, Cambodia, Comoros, Congo, Costa Rica, Croatia, Ecuador,

Dr Gandhi said that the series of
discussions will commence from 7 November. Chief Minister of UP, Shri Yogi
Adityanath has been invited to inaugurate the morning session of the
conference as the Chief Guest at 10.00 am on 7th November. Mr Sudhanshu Trivedi, Member of
Parliament, Rajya Sabha will be the Guest of Honour on this occasion. The Governor
of Rajasthan, Shri Kalraj Misra will inaugurate the afternoon session of
the same day at 2.00 pm and the evening session on the same day will be
inaugurated by the Speaker of UP Legislative Assembly, Shri Hridya Narayan
Dixit at 7.00 pm. On 8th November, the morning session will be inaugurated
by the Chief Guest Dr Dinesh Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister, UP at 10.00
am whereas the evening session will be opened by Mr Brijesh Pathak, Minister
of Law & Justice, UP at 7.00 pm. On 9th November, the morning
session of concluding day will be inaugurated by Prof Balraj Chauhan , Vice
Chancellor, Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh at
10.00 am; afternoon session will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Prof.
Alok Kumar Rai, Vice Chancellor, University of Lucknow at 3.00 pm and
evening session will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Prof. Subir K
Bhatnagar, Vice-Chancellor, Ram Manohar Lohia, National Law University,
Lucknow at 7.00 pm.
Mr Sharma stated that the other
dignitaries who will illumine the conference with their gracious online

Dr Gandhi further spoke that for the

conference to safeguard the future of over 2.5 billion children of the world
and those yet unborn and now in a time of Corona pandemic, this '21st
International Conference of Chief Justices of the World' is organized online.
He emphasized that this grand conference will pave the way for World Unity and
prove to be a milestone in saving the future of children besides giving a new
direction to the world.
