CMS student wins silver medal in Science and Maths Olympiad

Lucknow, 1 November : Aryan Verma, a meritorious Class XI student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I has achieved a remarkable feat by winning silver medal in Science and Maths Olympiad organized online by the International Society for Olympiad. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that students from several prestigious schools of India and abroad participated in this noteworthy contest and in a tough fray, this talented student of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I emerged as a silver winner. Olympiad was organized to prepare students for the challenges of Science and Mathematics. Mr Sharma stated that CMS leaves no stone unturned to instil a deep knowledge and interest for subjects in it's students, thus motivating them to qualify national and international contests. He added that in this scientific age, CMS is making consistent efforts to create a scientific temper and global outlook among the students. That is why, CMS students are winning awards and honors at national and international level.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students. These outstanding students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I have performed excellently in this year's All India ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2024 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" on the ISC merit list which made them eligible to receive this prestigious scholarship.
