Dr Jagdish Gandhi appeals for Enforceable International law at Chief Justices virtual conference


Lucknow, July 18 : To mark the occasion of the ‘World Day for International Justice (17 July), City Montessori School organized an online conference of the Chief Justices of the World that was attended by the Fifth president of Trinidad and Tobago and the Chief Justices, Judges and other dignitaries of 13 countries viz Guyana, Panama, Egypt, The Netherlands, Malta, South Africa, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Philippines etc. At this international conference, CMS Founder and renowned educationist and Convener of ‘International Conference of Chief Justices of the World’, Dr Jagdish Gandhi; CMS Founder-Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi and CMS President, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon were present online.
            The dignitaries who addressed this virtual conference with their meaningful speeches include Hon.             The judicial fraternity were unanimous in saying that today the world does not require a display of power but it needs service to humanity. Each person today is in search of peace. This conference provides us an opportunity to work for peace, compassion and love. They firmly expressed their determination to work in this direction with the help of their governments and and give a new and united world to the people where all can breathe peacefully.
            CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said, while addressing the Chief Justices on this occasion, that the ‘World Day for International Justice’ brings all the great personalities of the world together who are willing to support justice, promote rights of the destitutes, stops criminal activities, and who are instrumental in bringing peace and security in the world and welfare thereof. Dr Gandhi emphatically said that unity and peace in the world is only possible if enforceable international law is established and it is only possible if ‘World Parliament’ is established. Dr Gandhi also appealed to Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi  for calling a virtual meeting of the world leaders as per Article 51 of the Indian Constitution and ensure formation of the ‘World Parliament’. He also appealed to the world judiciary for urging their respective ‘Heads of States’ to initiate the formation of ‘World Parliament’ as soon as possible to safeguard 2.5 billion children of the world and generation yet to be born.
            Dr Gandhi spoke that for the past 20 years, CMS has been regularly organizing ‘International Conference of Chief Justices of the World’ which has been attended by over 1299 Chief Justices and Judges of 136 nations who adhere to the mission of CMS for world unity and promised their support. This year too, CMS will be organizing ’21st International Conference of Chief Justices of the World’ from 6 to 10 November 2020, online.
