Create an atmosphere of morality at home and school — Shri Dilip Kumar Agnihotri, State Information Commissioner

Lucknow, December 28 : City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus II, organized its 'Annual Parents’ Day' with great enthusiasm and jubilation at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. The event was ceremonially inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the Chief Guest, Shri Dilip Kumar Agnihotri, State Information Commissioner. In his address, the Chief Guest urged parents and teachers to foster an atmosphere of morality and spirituality at home and school to pave the way for the establishment of an ideal world society. Shri Agnihotri praised CMS’s efforts in providing purposeful education, calling it an exemplary initiative in the field of education.

            Earlier, the students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II captivated the audience with a mesmerizing display of educational and cultural programs during the 'Annual Parents’ Day.' Parents were thrilled to witness their children’s artistic talents and enthusiastically applauded to encourage the students. The event commenced with an All-Religion Prayer, filling the hearts of the audience with divine love. Following this, the students presented a World Unity Prayer, holding national flags of various countries and powerfully chanting for peace across the world. The students showcased exceptional performances, including yoga, drill, aerobics, music, group singing, and other educational and cultural programs, leaving everyone spellbound. The group singing by students’ mothers and a stellar performance of the World Parliament were also highly appreciated by the audience.

            Dr. Bharti Gandhi, Founder-Director of CMS and renowned educationist, lauded the students’ talents in her address and stated that CMS is making consistent efforts to instill values in students through education. She emphasized the importance of serving humanity as true service to God. The Headmistress of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II, Mrs. Gagan Preet Sethi, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the parents, acknowledging their support as key to the event’s success. She remarked that parents provide the opportunity to nurture the inherent talents of children.“
