Lucknow, 14 February : A grand online function called 'Menage 2021' was organized by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus II today on Valentine’s Day, to celebrate unity and love within the family. Chief Guest, Mr Suresh Khann, Minister for Finance, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh said in his inaugural address, that unity among the family members is the first step towards establishing unity in society and in the whole world. Family is the smallest unit in society and thus it forms the basis for unity in the community, country and in a larger sense, the world. The first and foremost influence upon an individual is that of his family. Shri Khanna said that in today’s scenario, our society is running after western values and ideas and neglecting its own culture and tradition and this is not a happy sign. We must motivate the youth to understand their family values and ideals. He was full of praise for the CMS Founder-Manager, Dr Jagdish Gandhi, was a role model for all the children of the world as he was imparting noble ideas and education with human and moral values which was really the need of the hour.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students. These outstanding students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I have performed excellently in this year's All India ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2024 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" on the ISC merit list which made them eligible to receive this prestigious scholarship.
