CMS Students take out Bravery March to commemorate Chauri Chaura incident


 Lucknow, February 4 : Students of City Montessori School, Kanpur road Campus, took out a huge March to commemorate 100 years of the Chauri Chaura incident filling the air with their emotions of patriotism and service to the nation. Led by the CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi and Senior Principal of CMS, Kanpur Road Campus, Dr Vineeta Kamran, the students raised slogans of national pride and fervour and marched enthusiastically raising an awareness for national unity and World Unity as the way towards peace and progress.

            On this occasion, the CMS Founder, renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that CMS students are full of national pride and patriotism, ready to sacrifice their all for the unity and integrity of the nation. They feel that the country can progress only when it is fully united and peaceful. He said that the 21st century is a century of building a new future of mankind and today’s youth is ready for this challenge, eager to lead the world towards a new tomorrow. Senior Principal of CMS Kanpur Road, Dr (Mrs) Vineeta Kamran, said that this March of Bravery and Camaraderie will inspire the students to reach new heights of fame and success. The Chauri Chaura incident is a historical landmark in Indian history and it is good to remind the younger generation of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.

            Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma said that City Montessori School is a leader in raising awareness of social and historic events that are an education for the youth and children, and this March is a step in this very direction. CMS provides leadership goals for children so that they become active agents of profound social transformation globally, in future.
