CMS Aliganj Campus organizes Green Day online

Lucknow, 30 August : City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II orgainsed 'Green Day' function online with the aim to aware children for saving environment and engage them to keep earth verdant. The event was mainly held for the pre- primary and primary classes wherein all the teachers and students in green attires created eco-friendly atmosphere. On this occasion 'Show and Tell' activity and virtual exhibition were also orgainsed for the students sensitizing them about importance of environment in daily life and medicinal plants were also introduced to them. Moreover, students also enthusiastically participated in leaf painting, craft painting, vegetable painting and many other activities to showcase their innocent yet mesmerizing talents.

               Mrs Samvida Adhikari, Principal  of CMS Aliganj Campus II said on this occasion that 'Green Day Celebration' gave a very satisfying and pleasurable experience to tiny-tots. These students will save the environment in coming years. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma, informed that CMS campuses organize useful activities occasionally for students that not only teach them but also make them a responsible and caring citizen of the society.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students. These outstanding students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I have performed excellently in this year's All India ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2024 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" on the ISC merit list which made them eligible to receive this prestigious scholarship.
