CMS student wins Gold in Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 7 July : Atharav Kumar Verma, a talented student of City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II brought laurels to the school by winning a Gold Medal in the Lucknow Cup Inter-school Taekwondo Championship. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi blessed this talented students and wished him a bright future. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that participants from various schools of Lucknow showcased their exemplary skills in this Championship, wherein, amidst tough competition, this CMS student displayed tremendous stamina and skills and earned Gold Medal. Mr Sharma informed that excellence at CMS is not just limited to academics. CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, dance, and various other fields. This is because CMS believes in imparting holistic education to its students, which contributes to their all-round development.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
