With 13 Gold Medals, CMS students bag total 28 medals in boxing championship


 

Lucknow, 11 May : Boxing talents of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus brought laurels to the institution winning a total of 28 medals - 13 Golds, 13 Silvers and 2 Bronzes at the District Boxing Championship. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi blessed these skilled students for a bright future ahead. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS.  Shri Sharma stated that the students who won the gold medals are Kushagra Singh Yadav, Sameer Singh, Yesh Kumar, Anurag Verma, Agrim Pratap Sonker, Harsh Agnihotri, Vinayak Singh Kushwaha, Anurag Sharma, Siddharth Shah, Sarthak Kumar, Rafat Abbasi, Shanaya Verma and Aarya Sahu. Apart from this, 13 students have won silver medal while 2 students have won bronze medal. Various schools of Lucknow participated in the championship and displayed their sports talent in this championship. However, CMS students proved much superior in technique, skills and stamina and bagged the maximum medals. Mr Sharma further stated that CMS not only prepares its students for academic excellence, it also prepares them for games and other activities. As a result, CMS students are raising the school flag high in academics and sports nationally and internationally.
