CMS students win Gold Medals in drawing competition

Lucknow, April 11: Yashasvi and Aadya Trivedi, students of primary classes at City Montessori School, Station Road Campus won gold medals in an inter-school drawing contest, bringing laurels to the institution. The competition was organized under the 'Brainobrain Budding Artist Contest' organized by the educational organisation Brainobrain. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that the students from various noted schools of Lucknow participated in this contest and showcased their artistic skills and creativity wherein these talented students of CMS Station Road Campus impressed the judges with their creativity and innovative thinking. The organizer of the competition while praising their talents honoured them with a gold medal and Certificate of Merit each. Mr Sharma further stated that CMS always motivates its students to move ahead and count paces with life by participating in all kinds of competitions and chisel their skills in varied areas. This is one reason CMS students earn various national and international prizes in various competitions and bring glory to the institution.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
