CMS student excels in USAs SAT Exam,Scores a record 1460 out of 1600 marks

Lucknow, 27 April : Yash Kesherwani, a talented Class XII student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I achieved a remarkable feat with a score of 1460 out of 1600 in the SAT exam conducted by the College Board of USA. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that SAT Test was held in March 2021 in which Yash scored 790 out of 800 in the Maths section and 670 out of 800 in the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section. Thus, this talented student of CMS has brought name and fame to the city of Lucknow besides adding another feather in the cap of the achievements of his school. For this outstanding success, Yash has credited his learned CMS teachers who provided him guidance at every step for his success in this examination. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Yash for this success and wished for his bright future. He also expressed his gratitude towards CMS teachers for their hard work and dedication which has led to CMS students setting new records in the field of education. It is worth mentioning that the SAT is a standardized test widely used for college admissions in the United States. Around 1.7 million students take the SAT exam globally every year.

            Mr Sharma further informed that CMS has been making consistent efforts to expand its students' horizons, by providing them with opportunities including the opportunity to study abroad. CMS is the only SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) exam test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables the state's students to show-case their aptitude for studying at some of the best universities worldwide on generous scholarships. He added that each year more than 100 CMS students are offered admission in the top universities of the world. This year already, over 50 CMS students have been offered admission in the top universities of USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany etc., most of them on scholarship.
