CMS student wins first prize in debate

 Lucknow, 15 April : Yuvraj Singh, a Class V student of Cambridge Section of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II has brought laurels to the institution by winning the first prize in a debate contest organized by Bugs India Organisation, Gwalior. The debate was held online on the topic 'Online Vs Offline Classes'. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that this brilliant student of CMS Cambridge Section won the first prize by displaying his creative ideas, deep knowledge and flawless speech. He presented his views firmly and with conviction. Organizers of the events profusely praised the talents of Yuvraj and wished him a bright future while rewarding him with a Certificate.

              Mr Sharma said that CMS endeavours to prepare the students to face the challenges of life by developing their multifarious talents through participation in various creative and innovative competitions. CMS aims at imparting the best education to children and prepare them as world leaders so that they lead the world with their broadened humanistic approach. This has enabled the CMS students to win a maximum number of prizes in different national and international competitions and bring glory to the state and the nation. They accredit the peaceful and divine atmosphere of the school and the expert guidance of the learned CMS teachers for their success.

CMS student excels in IGCSE (Cambridge Board) exams

Lucknow, June 2 : Anahita Singh, a student of City Montessor School, Cambridge International Section, has brought laurels for the school by getting 7 A*s and 3 As in the very competitive International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Cambridge curriculum's equivalent of a grade-10 qualification.         Anahita says, "I had been hoping for a good score, but could never have imagines that I would get 7 A*s. It is definitely very reassuring. So yes, I am very happy, to say the least".         A deep fascination with learning has been at the very core of all Anahita's achievemnets. Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students.
