CMS Teachers Top nationally in CENTA Teaching Professionals Olympiad


 Lucknow, March 26: Ms. Rachna Bansal and Ms. Sharmishtha Sengupta, teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj (Campus II),  have topped in the CENTA Teaching Professionals Olympiad with their  teaching acumen and professional skills. Ms. Rachna Bansal has topped in Middle School level Mathematics while Ms. Sharmishtha Sengupta has top scored in English subject. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that CENTA Teaching Professional Olympiad is a substantiation for teaching excellence in which teachers from schools from all over India compete. This Olympiad was organized under the aegis of the Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA) in which teachers from over 10,000 schools across the country participated.

            Mr Sharma further informed that the Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA) organizes Teaching Professionals Olympiad (TPO) every year with the aim to encourage teachers to develop their skills and talents. At this unique contest, the teachers are selected on the basis of their proficiency in subjects, experience, and high academic standards. Thus, the acumen of teachers is assessed and developed accordingly to channelize it for extra-curricular activities and thus improve their efficiency manifold.
