Five students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus awarded Rs. 20 lakh scholarship

Lucknow, 12 October : Five meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I namely Anushka Anand, Mansi Verma, Priyanka Jindal, Akhil Agarwal and Utkarsh Tiwari have been awarded the scholarship of Rs. 20 lakh by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Each one of them will be getting Rs.4 lakh as scholarship. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that this scholarship will be given to these talented CMS students to pursue their higher studies in Science. Each student will be getting Rs.80,000/- per year for five years and thus, a total of Rs. 4 lakh. Thus, all the five students will get Rs. 20 lakh scholarship. Mr Sharma further stated that these outstanding students have performed excellently in the ISC (Class XII) Board Examination - 2020 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" merit list which gave them an opportunity to achieve this prestigious scholarship. They give credit for their tremendous success to their parents, teachers and the peaceful and divine atmosphere of CMS
